Guest guest
Tracey, From the replies already posted, I've got to agree with them. Different scales almost always give a varying degree of measurement. I use one scale to base my weight on and that's it. A one pound difference, in my opinion, is not anything to get excited about. In your first few weeks you're going to have loses and plateaus. Small or even extended plateaus. Even if they last for a week or maybe two, because of the mere fact that your calorie intake and increase in metabolism is cahnge the chemistry of your body, you should see a downward movement in weight again. Please try to relax, I too hate to see no change as I step on the scale about every 5 or 6 days, but by the time I step on it again, I'm down 2 to 4 pounds. So relax, continue on with your puree diet, I know that is not pleasant but it sounds like you're on the home stretch before you return to real food. P A T I E N C E.
