You can start walking now. My surgeon's office says 30 minutes twice

a day. I don't know how long before exercise.

as of june 23rd i had my surgery and i was up and going right after i woke up in

the hospital.. i have upped my walking to 4 times around my block mind you its a

small block.. thru out the day.. for now that is all you shoudl be doing so as

to bust your insicions.. just walk and walk at a very mild pace.. how over all

to bad we are not closer we could exercise and walk together.. i haveto find

someone here soon. but i know all i am able to do now is walk..
