and some times i dont louse weith for a week and them i louse againg tell me

lili, i spend a lot of time in the bathroom also. some days are

worse than others tho. it depends on what i have had to eat recently.

my food tastes also changed. i loved diet pepsi before surgery, but

now it tastes bitter to me. so i mostly drink ice water, iced tea,

lemonade. and sometimes nothing tastes good and i have to force

myself to drink anything.

i lost 50 lbs the first 6 wks after surgery. then i kind of stayed

there for a week or so. and now at 9 wks i lost another 10 lbs. i

figure when we stay the same wt for a while, our bodies are just

getting used to the new metabolism and resting a bit. then when it

figures out that we aren't dying or starving to death, it says " ok, i

think it's safe to let go of some more fat cells " . then it starts

over again. but it will eventually all come off.

so have faith in the surgery. it works.
