Guest guest
Hi, my name is Sharalyn and my ds Jordan is almost 3. I'm just starting on the gfcf diet as I've heard such good things about it. Jordan hasn't been diagnosed with anything yet, his doctors keep saying he's too young. He has just started talking recently, his social skills seem alright some days. He's confused alot of the time, doesn't seem to know what's going on or even where he is sometimes. His speech is really jumbled and confusing and he often just 'spaces' out. He has some eye contact, but varies on the day. In general I feel that he's out of control and I want to do something to help him. We're going for a diagnosis soon, with a new pead, but I'm going to start him on this diet before we go. I've just taken him off dairy and put him on soy. Are there any soy milks that he can take or should I put him on rice milk. I live in Australia and don't know alot of the brands that is gfcf approved. Are there any cheese or similar sort of snack I can give him for daycare. thanks Sharalyn
