Ladies!

Since this topic came up this morning...thought I share my recent mammo

experience.

Last year when I went the radiologist had one heck of a time with me. She kept

having to retake pix of my right boob. After the 6th time I told her if I were

the type to panic I'd be going a little crazy by now. She rolls her eyes and

says, " wrinkles! I can't get the wrinkles out! "

Now I knew I had a lot of skin, and that I went from a 60DD to a 34 long, and

that <squish, squish> the mammogram didn't hurt anymore....but WRINKLES?!

So this year I told my tech about last years experience. She explained to me

that contrary to popular belief, I did indeed have breast tissue left. Not

much...it was very fibrous and very dense but it was there, and that a wrinkle

could hide a lump or mass in this tissue. Now that made sense to me!! She

worked hard with me...darn near stood on her head trying to pull skin here and

there, but....no retakes!! She got good films the first time around and I am

a-ok!!

Now to get my pap done....<sigh> ::::singing:::::I enjoy, being a girl!

Now this is a ROFLMAO statement if I ever heard one. I feel like I could

just sit on the chair and the tech could just stretch them over to the machine.

The other day I wrote about the size of my midrift and wouldn't you know it,

today I received a copy of Obesityhelp Magazine, and there was a Plastic

Surgery article. The before pic is how I am shaped, smaller, but essentially

the

same. No wonder, I wear a 16.

By the way there is a pic of my hubby and me in the issue.
