I buy it bu the case an it can be in the frig for a month or more and have

not had a slice go bad.

| incident and got the cheese slices. Does anyone know if you can freeze

them?

I buy the shredded cheese by the case and freeze it w/o any problems.

We accidentally froze some tofutti slices, and they were very crumbly

afterwards. It was almost impossible to keep a slice whole.
