Thanks, Judie-- my knees have only gotten real bad in the last couple of

years-- I know I have a torn cartilage in one, but the rest is strictly

arthritis from lugging 300 pounds around for the last 10 or so years,

give or take a hunk. What really bugs me is this incredible lack of

energy which I was able to avoid knowing about until now-- I can " blame "

the fatigue on the still healing panni incision, but it just ain't so!

Please don't tell my boss, I am still on three days a week and not even a

full 7.5 hours! If I don't get that blasted date soon, someone will

figure this out!

Hi Nan!

I can relate to everything youve said especially the handicapped parking

space., bad arthritic knees and everything in between! ... All I can do

now is

get knee replacement surgery which Im trying not to do for awhile longer.

But.....my life IS so much better with my weight off, as I can breathe

better and things like that. And life will get better for you too, I

promise!

Hugs, Judie
