Quite a few parents on this list have or had CFS, Fibro, and/or other

auto-immune dysfunctions. Some of us are on the gfcf diet with the

kids and have experienced a reduction in symptoms. My ASD child & I

had similar physical problems (chronic pain, frequent illness,

allergies, sleep disorder, etc.), and we both feel much better on the

diet. My memory has definitely improved, too.
