chicken nuggets? or other easy foods?

Are there any GFCF chicken nuggets or an easy recipe?

What about other easy (good tasting) lunch ideas that

dont use bread or flour? I am looking into joining a

Food Co-op, but until I do I am looking for quick and

easy GFCF meals that arent too different from what

they had. Unfortunately my kids lived on PB & J and

they dont like the white rice bread I picked up which

was frozen, expensive, and a very small loaf.
