Guest guest
If your orienation was at KP Richmond, you just figure out what is 10% of whatever you weighed on their scale and that is how you know. I started out at 249.5 and had to get down to 225 (the day of surgery I was at 221). Some have reported that the surgeon request that they lose more than the 10% but it is only for their healthy and it makes for an easier surgery/recovery the less you weigh as well as give them more room to get around on your insides because the less you weigh, it causes your organs to deflat instead of being all swollen. I can't speak for SF or Fremont. I hope that helps.
