Guest guest
Congratutations, we wish you a healthy and happy pregnancy! Yay, for girls! I just had a baby girl last August Krishna & bcf 8-6-05 (loving the s until 3/06) michele_and_collin wrote: Hi everyone, Just wanted to give a brief update for those who I mentioned our last ultrasound too. At the last one 20 week they couldn't make out the bony stuctres of the feet and decided to send us to the maternal fetal medicine unit at our hospital today for a followup and more detailed ultrasound. They never said the baby had clubfeet but wouldn't rule it out either which scared us even know we would know exactly what to do this time around. Thankfully we went today for a followup I'm a little over 23 weeks now and the babies feet look straight and they confired it's a girl!!! Guest guest
s: I hear you! I'm 30 weeks and with 3 other kids running around I can't seem to find the time to even enjoy my pregnancy. I have nothing for this kid to wear!! I also had an ultrasound recently and even though the dr. confirmed once again the bcf, I was excited to hear that this kid has alot of hair! Dr. seemed a little set back by my " concern " about his hair, instead of the feet. I told him the feet were not going to be a problem. Michele: Congrats on the baby girl with straight tootsies! Guest guest
ee, I'm one of your biggest fans here in the group! I was so happy to hear that we were expecting babies at about the same time, that means I'm going to be asking you 101 questions when the baby is born. (In fact, you made me cry when you posted after your ultrasound that this one was also bcf.) I'm in Los Angeles, but we're headed to see Dr. Colburn in Northern Cal. I've already emailed him and we've corresponded. He told me not to worry. He said that I should bond with my baby for a week or so and then give him a call to set up my first appointment. I'm actually kinda excited about meeting him. We've got two names picked out and we're just waiting to see which name fits him...1) Ethan and 2) . I wasn't kidding when I said I didn't have anything for this baby to wear. I guess I should get started on that, huh? What about you? How are you feeling? Janice > > OH wow, I so lose track of who is who here - but we're both having bcf babies at about the same time! Neat! Where are you going for treatment? I'm leaning towards St. Louis/Dr. Dobbs. > > Do you have names picked out? I have NO CLUE what to name this kid. > shawnee > Re: Ultrasound today > > > s: I hear you! Guest guest
We didn't have a name either. Maybe it was my hormones, but I didn't like any name at all. Nothing sparked interest or my husband and I just couldn't agree on a name. I became obsessed with finding a boy name. I would read the credits after every movie to see if some name would catch. I finally gave up and told him to name the baby. I told him he could choose whatever name he wanted. He chose the name Marcus one day before I went into labor, which was actually two weeks early. > > > > No man, here time is passing too quickly, I am so not prepared for > #3 to arrive! Guest guest
, Dr. Dobbs is definitely not a scary doctor looking doctor. He is just really great with the kids. He's young, and has just a nice way about him that I think the kids just feel comfortable with him. Hope this helps, I'm right here in St. Louis - so ask me any questions you have. > > > > OH wow, I so lose track of who is who here - but we're both having > bcf babies at about the same time! Neat!
