Guest guest
Thank you all for answering this concern of mine. The points you brought up got me thinking straight again and I think I was buying into the old tapes of " I don't deserve anything good to help me " and I don't deserve weight loss after all there are lots of people out there that are larger than I am, and all my issues are just in my brain, including the pain and the self deprecation. So I was having a pity party. You all helped me get past it. I will keep checking and see what is ahead for me. I have tried all diets and only lost weight at 600 calories or such but only for a short time. I feel guilty cuz I am not being " good " . Well, right now hope is lost as far as my ability to lose weight with out some change somewhere. Have a good night all and thanks again. franki
Guest guest
i, the wonderful thing about the surgery is you dont get hungry like you do when you try to diet...... Remember all those times you dieted and were hungry, stressed out, tired, crabby and just longing for a certain food you wanted but couldnt have? Thats all gone after surgery! THAT is what makes it possible and worthwhile! I would do it all over again time after time after time to get to where I am today!
