Guest guest
Hello. I'm looking for SCD friendly yogurt to use as a starter. Can you tell me what brands you use and why you like them? Thanks so much! :-)
Guest guest
Laurie,I use the GI Pro health yogurt starter. I have to admit, though, this last bottle seems to be a finer powder and doesn't want to blend as well.Amelia To: btvc-scd Sent: Sun, January 31, 2010 10:46:21 AMSubject: Yogurt brands for making yogurt? It works great. It's cheap, keeps wel for 2-3 weeks, and it's readily availlable. Of course it has dairy, so this is only an option if you're not casien free. Guest guest
I use the GI prohealth starter too. I bought my first bottle in October ... I think I make quite a bit of yogut but it hardly looks like I've even put a dent in it. I plan to keep using it because I really love the yogurt. I use whole organic cow's milk and it comes out very thick and tasty. I DO use a ''heaping" 1/8 of a teaspoon To: BTVC-SCD Sent: Sun, January 31, 2010 6:11:59 AMSubject: Re: Yogurt brands for making yogurt? Laurie,I use the GI Pro health yogurt starter.
