I'm looking for SCD friendly yogurt to use as a starter. Can you tell me what brands you use and why you like them?

I use Dannon All-Natural Yogurt from the local grocery store. It works great. It's cheap, keeps wel for 2-3 weeks, and it's readily availlable. Of course it has dairy, so this is only an option if you're not casien free.

I use the GI prohealth starter too. I bought my first bottle in October ... I think I make quite a bit of yogut but it hardly looks like I've even put a dent in it. I plan to keep using it because I really love the yogurt. I use whole organic cow's milk and it comes out very thick and tasty. I DO use a ''heaping" 1/8 of a teaspoon
