i just had my 6 mo blood done here are the prev and now results:

b 12 -- 6 mo ago 478

259 now (and i have been getting monthly b 12 shots since last

draw)

ferritan 6 mo ago 14 now 7 i take 2 tabs a day now

calcium 6 mo ago 9.3 now 8.7

anyone have advise? i am going to start my plastics i need to build

up...plus quit smoking.

has anyone has the belt surgery verses the " T "

I'm no good at vitamins, but comparing a " belt " to a " T " is definitely

apples and oranges.

A T-incision is entirely in the front....hip bone to hip bone across the

lower tummy, then up the midline from there to about the sternum. A lot of

docs opt for this because many of us had the stripe going up our stomach

anyway and they can get it tighter easier pulling from more than one

direction.

The belt is an incision clear around the body which is designed to fix the

tummy and the butt/lowerback and side thighs.

I've got the T-shirt on this one.
