I was just in at the dentist's today, (with my kids, not my visit),

but I asked them about cleaning my teeth and whether or not they

needed my wires off. She said it is easier with no wires, but she

said people rarely come in with their wires off. She said they're

used to cleaning teeth with braces on and that whatever I wanted to

do was fine with them. Hope this helps.
