This is really good information, keep in mind, we should be drinking even more then this.  Great information!

 Drinking Water  at the Correct Time 

Another  little tidbit that's news to me.  Always knew to drink a lot of water,  but who knew the timing effected things. 

  

  Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body:

2 glasses of water after waking up helps  activate internal organs

  1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal  - helps digestion

1 glass of  water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

  1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids  stroke or heart attack

Please pass this to  the people you care about.......

 Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself to others.
