,

We are all different, but I just thought I would mention that I

waited six months before I was able to add cooked veggies like

broccoli, etc, to my salads (which for reasons I cannot explain have

always been fine), chicken, and fruits. But now at seven months I

have added eggs and now cheese is being fine, too! Hurrah! It's been

28 years since I could eat them. Some small amount of red meat is

working, too. You really need to experiment a bit to find out what

works for you. I'd say if you have recently added something and are

feeling less well, then eliminate that and see if you feel better,

and try it again later. It really is individual. As sure as I write

that I can always eat salads someone else is going to pop up and say

they still can't eat salads after two years but cooked veggies were

fine, someone else will say forget the chicken, I can eat fish, etc.
