I did a parasite cleanse that contained a bunch of oils including black walnut

and clove oil. At first I started too quickly and ended up with diarrhea that

too 2 weeks to completely go away. Then I started again at a VERY low dose and

worked my way up to a half dose SLOWLY. I stayed at the half dose for about 6

weeks. It helped a lot. I would suggest seeing a naturopath to help you with

things like this though. They might be able to suggest a dosage and schedule

that could work for you. I'm not sure how SCD legal these things are, but I just

considered it medication I needed to take. I only did this after being pretty

stable and on the SCD for 1 year already.

What are your symptoms that you are considering a parasite cleanse?

wondering if anyone did a parasite cleanse using black walnut oil. A woman

running a health food store kept telling me it was a great thing to do and

didn't seem to quite grasp how deep my concern was for ingesting anything that

could effect my gut. She kept saying that black walnut oil was fine and worked

really well and didn't upset the system. I believe she mentioned cloves too.

Anyway, before I go out and buy anything I figured I would ask the experts. Has

anyone done one of these in an scd safe way? Did you have ill effects from it

(die off etc)?
