I just realized I'm not sure how to spell it. It's a form of acne? I've seen other MO's with blemishes and wondered if it is common. If so, will it go away when I'm at goal? (Doctor told me they don't know what causes it and don't know how to cure it; I use " Metrogel " lotion.) >> Hi Shirley I just wanted to let you know what worked for me when my roseaca (sp?) was very bad. I had used that metrogel lotion but it didn't help. My dermatologist tried a few different oral antibiotics and they didn't help either. He said that he had one last oral antiobiotic to try - it's called Monodox. The results for me were nothing short of amazing. Within a few weeks the redness cleared up substantially and within a month my face was absolutely clear. I don't know if it works that well for other people with adult acne but I can say it really, really helped me. Good luck,
Guest guest
Alyssa, I have mild sleep apneia, and my wife says I snoore loud enough to take the wall paper off (LOL). My wife does not hear the sounds that are so typical of somebody with severe sleep apneia. I was tested, and my blood oxegyn only droped twice on the night I was tested, and only slightly. Appearntly I stop breathing only very breiefly, and then wake up (not conscious though) and resume normal (but loud) breathing. My pulmanoligist says the quickest test for sleep apneia is to measure the circumfrance of your neck. If you are 17 " or more, then you are likely to have it. For men it is easy to know because our dress shirt sizes are based on the neck size. You ladies will have to pull out the tape measure. I have noticed that my snooring gets worse when I put on weight. I look forward to joining my spouse as soon as I loose enough weight. Anyway, get tested! You probably don't have severe apneia, but even mild apenea can be helped with a CPAP machine. Hull > > ACNE, SNORING, ETC.~ > > > > Does snoring go away? When?
