Guest guest
Yes Damais Keep the smaller clothes. You will fit them soon than you think. After I had the surgery I went to put on one of my jackets that I had put away because it was too small and when I put it on it was way too big. There the joke was on me. I Just know what you are going through because we are getting ready to move and I am throwing away things because I am a great collector of junk that I think I will use someday. Guest guest
DamaLosing a parent is a very hard thing, I just lost my dad about 6 weeks ago, it's very hard. This WLS has taught me so much, I count. So even with the lose of my dad, I did not turn to food, I turned to people I love for support, this group and went back to all the things that make this journey great. Looking, loving and enjoying life to the fullest. For example I went to S.F. yesterday, saw the play Pan, it was my girlfriends birthday, we shopped, went to lunch, saw the play, shopped some more, I wore the thing that measures miles and we walked over 16 miles yesterday and not flat land. All this last week besides running my daycare, doing yard work, I've also been moving furniture and painting at night. I am finishing my bedroom today. I had such a good time, that I really didn't want to go anywhere today I just want to finish my painting. My boys bought me stuff for mothers day and wanted to take me to eat. I asked for a rain check from them for another weekend. What I am saying to you I have so much energy, and do so much it is so great, I never could do what I do now. I enjoy everything and I am willing to do and try things I won't of before this surgery. Don't worry about the morphine, even if you don't like it the hospital stay isn't that long, and it will be done, then you're new journey will be here. How grand it is! Take care.
