Guest guest
I've found that I cannot tolerate bread, rolls etc., but toast is ok. I'm getting pretty sick of toasted sandwiches and was wondering if anyone has tried tortillas (a wrap sandwich)?
Guest guest
Depends on the type of wrap, but found that I handle the low carb whole wheat ones very well. I make a half quesadilla out of it with light cheese and precooked chicken breast and use a little light sour cream and salsa....yum . Guest guest
I eat Pepperidge Farm Very Thin white bread. I put peanut butter and sugar free jelly on it. And I don't have any problems with it. The wraps I have a hard time eating for some reason.. Pam
Guest guest
The trick with the tortillas is to make them ahead of time and let them sit so they soften. Regular bread consistency is pretty difficult to digest, but toasted or softened seems better. > I have but only the smallest bite. I still can not take any kind of > bread. I am at 10 weeks. Guest guest
The Arby's turkey & bacon wrap is awesome. I cannot not eat the entire wrap, so eat about 1/3 of the wrap and then I'm able to finish the turkey and bacon filling. Delicious! > > I concur. The low carb, whole wheat tortillas make a nice wrap.
