Guest guest
I had this last night over butternut squash that was cubed and cooked on the stove top. So good, my 4 year old cried for more. Peanut Sauce1/2 cup SCD legal peanut butter1/3 cup water1 Tbs apple cider vinegar2 Tbs honey1/2 tsp saltPut the peanut butter in a bowl and gradually add water, stirring until blended. (If you add the water all at once, it's hard to get it to mix with the peanut butter.) Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well. With out little ones in the house, I would have added a squeeze of garlic and some minced onions too.I also wanted to add a thanks to the person who posted the fried banana in nut flour recipe (a month or so ago), my kids and I love it!Calypso6 year old son, UC Oct 2009, dx Dec 2009, SCD Nov 2009meds: pednisolone 27 mg, apriso 1 gramHusband, UC 2005, was SCD 2 years, now restricted diet, no meds

And I bet those who don't care for or tolerate peanut butter could make it with another nut butter. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
