Guest guest
Kati, In the book " The Yeast Connection " , The author recommends two things to help lessen the die off. #1 is to implement the diet a couple of weeks before actually giving the medicine to kill the " bugs " . He also recommends building up to the maximum dosage instead of starting out with it. I do not know about your particular treatment, as we are using prescription Nystatin from our dr., but I think doing those steps first may help. I also remember reading that you have to be very careful with the die off reactions, because those can lead to other problems. Hope this helps, F.
