Katja,

I found a heavenly food for the time being...cheesecake!! The jello

no bake kind. It is by far the best thing I've had in 6 weeks. I

have new elastics that are pulling more so my left jaw is getting

really sore. I really think by next Thursday I'll be able to eat

soft real food like a tuna sandwhich. I can chew a little but like

you my right side is totally numb so my lip feels like a limp noodle

and Iend up biting it. I tried to eat some of the chicken spagetti

Icooked for supper for and and well now I have a good

supply of chicken or noodles in my splint...lodged in. And I only

got 1 bite! We're going to make it. I am a little down that I may

not get my braces off before I move. I am nervous about insurance

and paying someone else. I've already paid my braces $5000 in full.

Who knows maybe my teeth will cooperate and I can just be in a

retainer. I want them to be as perfect as possible though will all

this effort!
