You bring up an excellent point and one that I am

worried about. About 10 years ago, I went through

panic/anxiety attacks. I have not had any in many

years...but if you ever have had them, you know that

you always have a fear that they might return. I am

wondering how people have dealt these attacks the day

of surgery. Or if you are pre-op, what you are doing

know to avoid them for surgery.
