Hi,

I just made the Miss Roben's Animal Cookies yesterday and they are

great!! Really easy to make and I used the 10 animal cookie cutters they

sell also (includes a fish). There is a graham craker recipe you can find by

searching the archives or at GFCFrecipies site...if you can't find it, I can

send it to you. The graham crakers get very hard, very fast so if you don' t

like crunchy....

Ok for anyone who has not yet tried the animal cracker mix from miss

robens-THESE ARE AWSOME!!!!!! You have to buy the little mini animal

cookie cutter set-but one mix makes alot of little cookies and they

are soooo good. F

I love the amimal crackers too. But my graham crackers came out hard as

rocks. I used coconut butter. Any ideas what I did wrong?

karen- pretty sad when you cant even bake cookies from a mix!!!

,

LOL!!! I used coconut butter, too. Maybe it would help if you reduced the

cooking time and temp. just a bit (guessing here). Or, I rolled mine out a

little thicker than suggested, too. Maybe that helped them to be nice and

soft/chewy in the middle. Hope that helps.
