Guest guest
Hi Jenni, Do you mind if I ask what issues Kelsey has with her kidney's? I think you and I chatted about this a long while ago but I don't remember exctally what it was (low function?) Grace also has kidney issues, probably not the same at all but I was just curious. She is acutally going in for a surgery at the beginning of March to remove one of her kidney's and ureter that didn't form properly and has a ureterocele. It is doin nothing but causing her problems, constant UTI's. She will be in the hospital for 5 days, I am pretty nervous about it to say the least, the morphine drip, the cathadar she will go home with, the whole bit. Anyway, just wondering if you had any advise for me. Hope you guys are well =) & Grace > > > > > > > > Hello all! > > > > > > > > I have been lurking for a couple of weeks now, and chatting with > > > > ee via e-mail. Guest guest
Thanks , She is scheduled for surgery on March 7th, will be in the Hospital for 5 days but I do get to stay with her. Just needs to be done but I am truly dreading it of course. Thanks for thinking of us =) & Grace > > > > > > > > > > Hello all! > > > > > > > > > > I have been lurking for a couple of weeks now, and > chatting with > > > > > ee via e-mail. Guest guest
Hi Jenni, Thanks for the reply. Glad to hear that Kelsey's issues aren't so serious =). Grace's left kidney is totally cystic so we are just gonna remove it when they go in to take out the ureter. She does have one fully functional kidney as well (right) though which is great! Did Kelsey have to get the CURG and the renal testing done? Hated the CURG test =( Have they told you to watch out for UTI's? Not sure if this would apply with just one sml cyst or not. Glad that it seems to be stable and hope it stays that way! & Grace > > > > > > > > > > Hello all! > > > > > > > > > > I have been lurking for a couple of weeks now, and > chatting with > > > > > ee via e-mail.
