Guest guest
I think they can wear almost anything, but I would think that something similar in style to the markells (so that it holds your baby's foot in a good position, without being too tight) or a slipper style shoe (like Robeez) would be best. We have gone with the Robeez-style shoes, basically they are just a leather bootie/sock type shoe and I can't imagine any way in which they could adversely affect the treatment my dd has already received. Of course, they don't need shoes, just something warm. Assuming your son isn't walking yet. So even some extra cozy socks would work well. But I know how it is, wanting those first cute shoes for them Marcia shoes after 23/7 in the DBB? This is premature on my part because my son won't be out of casts until around Christmas, but I am thinking ahead. What kind of shoes can babies wear after they graduate to wearing the shoes and bar at naps and night? 6-19-05, unilateral left
Guest guest
, I don't know about blisters because doesn't fit in these shoes yet, but I plan on trying shoes from See Kai Run and from Preschoolians next summer. Both companies have web sites and have a great selection of cute sandals. Check them out! I boought a pair of shoes from See Kai Run and the leather is unbelievably soft and I don't see how it would cause blisters. Unfortunately, their smallest size is a 3 and it seems to be a very large three that is on inch too long for my daughter's foot! Hope this helps. Guest guest
Thanks, and to all who replied. I am glad to hear that the Robeez- type shoes are ok. > > I think they can wear almost anything, but I would think that something similar in style to the markells (so that it holds your baby's foot in a good position, without being too tight) or a slipper style shoe (like Robeez) would be best. Guest guest
It's funny (now) ee, we give our shoes to & Jen as his feet are a lot smaller than Grace and he seems to be ready for a new pair just when she has grown out of hers, works well, even though he is older than she is...her dad wears a 12 and I don't have what you would call tiny feet either hehe, she's got good balance anyway lol! & Grace > > > > > > > > > In general, if everything goes well as expected, > > > > > your child can wear what every you and he find > > > > > comfortable.
