Guest guest
I had panic attacks for 10 years even went to a few classes to learn ablut myself and the panic. It wasnt till i read a book and all i did was read one sentence and it changed my life. here goes When you are in a panic state YOU MUST REALIZE ON A SCALE OF 1 THRU 10 YOU THINK ITS GOING TO 100 HERE IS THE SECRET ONCE YOU REALIZE IT ONLY GETS SO HIGH AND THEN IT SUBZIDES. IT ONLY GOES TO A 10 THEN IT CALMS DOWN. HOW CAN YOU FEAR A PANIC ATTACK WHEN WE HAVE ALL EXPEREIENCED. YOU WILL GET RID OF THEM IF YOU TRY THE FOLLOWING. DONT FIGHT THEM INVITE THEM. WHAT GIVES A PANIC ATTACK POWER IS THE WHAT IFS WHAT IF IT GOES TO A 100- WHAT IF THEY CARRY ME AWAY ETC ETC INVITE THE PANIC AND THE MYSTIQUE IF YOU WILL OH THESE ATTACKS WILL VANISH. DONT FEAR THEM WHEN YOUR IN THE MOMENT TELL YOURSELF BRING IT ON LET THE FEAR COME AND YOU WILL SEE AS I DID THERE IS NO FEAR THERE. REMEMEBR IT ONLY OES SO HIGH INVITE THE PANIC IT WILL DISAPEER
