Darlene, the answer I sent earlier was specifically for yahoo accounts (because evenstrangerquark used a yahoo email account). Since you use rocketmail.com you won't necessarily find an "options" link in the upper right hand corner, but the rest is the same. Somewhere in your email interface you'll find an options link that will allow you to set signatures, mail filtering, folders, etc. Good luck.

This is my "yahoo signature" but I often delete it and just type my name :)..· ´¨¨)) -:¦:-¸.·´ .·´¨¨))((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:--:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*

So...how do I create a signature so I don't have to keep typing in my information all the time? Sorry if this is self-evident somewhere - I looked around and couldn't figure it out. :)KatDx UC June 2009SCD Feb 2010Prednisone, allegra, rhodioloa rosea, other supplements

you're right.. it won't work if you read and respond to the group emails on the website. In that case I'd just save the typed info in a word processing file and copy it over each time. I don't think there's a shortcut or automatic way to do it from the group's yahoo board.

It works for me because I have the group messages delivered to me individually by email, so I read and respond from my email account. ..· ´¨¨)) -:¦:-¸.·´ .·´¨¨))((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:--:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*

I did that but it only shows up on email messages and not when I respond to the group. Is there something else that needs to be checked?Stacey>> In yahoo, click on OPTIONS in the upper right corner of the screen.  Choose mail options, then signature. You can type out whatever you want your signature to be and it will be automatically added to every email you send from your yahoo account. If you're sending a general, non-group email, it's pretty simple to just highlight and delete the parts you don't need.> > The other option would be to type out your signature in a draft email or even a word processing document. Save it, and then just copy and paste it to each group

Rocketmail.com is an option that came up for me in choosing an email address when I created my account in Yahoo. My understanding is that it is still Yahoo. So I did have that 'options" link in the upper right hand corner. The only thing was that I wanted to also make it "pretty" and change the font but it wouldn't allow me any added options.

You can change the font or "pretty it up" in a word processing document, then copy and paste it into the signature box for your email account to get around the lack of options there.

I did create a pretty signature in Word, copied and pasted it into my signature box. For some reason it doesn't do it. I repeated that several times but it simply stays the same. DarleneIntestinal DysbiosisSCD 9 days

Okay, another silly question.I tried to send this new question by clicking on "start a new topic". So my new email is sitting there with a message "waiting for approval" and it's not being sent.
