Of course, I have this goal weight question on my list for my first surgeon appt. I was asked this question during my Nutritionist eval. I stated 180 since that is the lowest weight that I can remember myself at while being an 'adult'. Thinking about the possibility of being under 180 is hard to imagine ). Of course- this just reminds me that WLS is a tool and I won't be successful if I don't utilize it right!!
