Just had to comment on the Jello 1-2-3 ! I used to make it for my kids for

dessert all the time (back in the early 70's -- guess that really " dates " me,

lol), but I seldom find anyone who remembers the stuff at all. It was nothing

short of miraculous: you just added the boiling water, mixed well, and then

poured it into pretty see-thru dessert glasses or bowls, and it automatically

separated itself into 3 distinct layers: the bottom one was fairly clear and

red,

the middle one was pink and opaque, and the top one was nearly white and

sorta fluffy. I've always wondered why it disappeared from the marketplace.

Probably had all kinds of bad things in it.............

did it come in a yellow-butterscotch box? Or was it a white box with colors

on it to represent the three layers...So long ago. I made it for my kids too. I

thought I was such a gourmet cook.....ha.... in Texas

Cripes! You expect me to remember the BOX?! I'm lucky I can remember my

name, let alone what the stuff did a quarter century ago! Sorry, wish I

could...........I THINK it was the white box with colors.
