You bet!

Dairy-free SCD isn't the easiest, but it can be accomplished!

Am I in the right place? Definitely =) I think and some others on this list can't have dairy or eggs either, so they'll probably be able to give you some suggestions for that. Welcome to the group!! Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone! I woke up this morning feeling fine

(aside from fatigue, which I live with constantly no matter how much sleep) and

was doubting the diet again, but came here and read your replies and I'm feeling

encouraged again. I read BTVC cover to cover and then some last year when I was

considering SCD for me son. I decided his symptoms weren't severe enough to move

forward at that time. But SCD is almost always on my mind for my symptoms!!!

I'm making soup today .... for the intro diet is it correct to strain everything

out except the chicken and carrots (in other words, the parsley, onion and

celery can be simmered but not eaten, right?)

Thank you again everyone!!

I'm dairy-free, meat-free and now egg-free SCD. It can definitely be done. I

think I've realized that I have problems with eggs on their own but when using

them in something like an almond flour product I'm fine. I'll test that theory

once I'm back on solid foods though :P You can do it egg and dairy free, trust

me :)

I can't eat dairy or eggs due to IGg intolerances. I stopped eating them five

months ago and I am getting better month after month.
