Lots of people make mistakes like yours. You don't want to stay on an intro diet more than a few days... I think I would finish up what you are doing, then add some SCD legal foods, and then, in a couple weeks, come back and re-do a proper intro. Many people have started just by eliminating all illegals, and then come back and re-done a proper intro. But yeah, that 2 grams of sugar isn't much by your body size, but it's one heckuva smorgasboard for the bad bacteria in your gut! — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
Guest guest
Dump it, get some chicken wings and boil up a batch of healthy broth.Don't dump it! Don't eat it yourself, but I'm sure there's SOMEBODY you know who would enjoy your chicken soup. No need to waste food unless you absolutely have to!
