I'm near the end of day 2 of a

this not that big of a deal? (I'd guess I've had 2g of sugar yesterday

Well, now you know why the standing line is " make your own, make

your own, make your own! "

I have yet to find a commercial chicken, turkey, or beef broth which

doesn't have " natural flavors " or HFCS, or sugar, or even

" raw evaporated cane juice. "

Do you have some friends who would like what they'll think is " real

homemade soup " so what you've made doesn't go to waste?

I think you've done a good job of dumping the starch and sugar. Lots of

people make mistakes like yours. You don't want to stay on an intro diet

more than a few days... I think I would finish up what you are doing,

then add some SCD legal foods, and then, in a couple weeks, come back and

re-do a proper intro. Many people have started just by eliminating all

illegals, and then come back and re-done a proper intro.

But yeah, that 2 grams of sugar isn't much by your body size, but it's

one heckuva smorgasboard for the bad bacteria in your gut!

Dump it, get some chicken wings and boil up a batch of healthy broth.Don't dump it! Don't eat it yourself, but I'm sure there's SOMEBODY you know who would enjoy your chicken soup. No need to waste food unless you absolutely have to! Peace =)Alyssa 15 yoUC April 2008, dx Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)Chinese Herbs (not legal but helping!)
