Fluid milk is not permitted on SCD.

Cow, sheep, or goar milk must be made into SCD yogurt or legal

cheeses.

Thanks Mara!  I just enjoyed some grated goat's cheddar on my mung bean pasta!  I don't know if the mung beans were soaked for 24 hours, but I had them a couple of weeks ago and I had no reaction.  I'm thinking that mung beans are probably different than other beans, like black or navy or pinto.

They are legal as hard cheese or made into yogurt.

Mung beans aren't SCD legal. Sorry.
