Hi Kris,

Your size 6 weight 139 sounds great to me, so I was wondering, since the more

people eat the more people lose, what happens when you get near goal? How do

you stabilize your weight? Especially for you, who got to goal before your

window closed. Were you able to continue eating at the same rate or did you

cut back on carbs and all? Did you eat carbs and sugars while you were

losing?
