All I can tell you is, about six months after I thought my kids had all gone gfcf, I discovered that gluten and/or casein were passing into my breast milk. Then I went gfcf ALL the time (before, I had a gfcf house, but ate " real food " when away from home.) My youngest was much older than your baby, and struggling with toilet training. His poop firmed up over several months after the change in MY diet, and toilet training became easy for him. His tantrums disappeared, too, only to reappear after every gluten/casein accident.
