Bread/muffin

Have never made one before.

I would like to make bread or muffin, possibly with almond flour. I digest

almond milk alright. Very little eggs. No honey.

Is there a recipe that someone could share, along with dos or don'ts in the

process. Also, how many bread slices or muffins can I have in a day?

PS: Its been only 2.5 months on the diet and I am on Stage 3 (pecan bread). Are

Lara bars ok?
