Guest guest
When I was just beginning my misspent youth (most of it in the poolroom vice the library), we did not have access to whole milk in the coal camps and made do with Carnation Evap,,,,,,,yanno,,,,,the stuff in the red cans with the cow 'n stuff,,,,(gawd,,,,I am dating myself here),,,,but Wheaties and a slug of that thick yellowish stuff,,,,,along with a cut of water and slug of sugar,,,,made cereal the Mc's of it's day (according to my parents who where born in long cabins with dirt floors). And besides,,,,,,,we walked 33 miles to school each day in the snow,,,,,,,,each way,,,,,,, So water and cereal is not unhead of,,,,,,I am not sure I contributed anything to anyone with this post,,,,,but I did give myself a chuckle,,,,,,,,self tititlation is not all bad I guess Dan Slone Surgery 5/2/2000 RE: milk >This might sound weird........but,,,I put water and a packet of >splenda on my Hi-Lo cereal in the morning. Water on cereal sounds strange to me, never tried it. But my 3rd husband, who was a Palestinian and never had cereal before he came to this country, liked Trix with orange juice on it. :::shudder::: ~~ Lyn Homepage: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Graduate-OSSG Unsubscribe: mailto:Graduate-OSSG-unsubscribe
