What scent did you use? There are many different scents of ozium. I prefer

the " orginal " that smells kind of like lemony lisol cleaner.

Kathy.....no, I didnt notice any changes. I had my GB removed 11 yrs ago

and the first 3 weeks after it was removed I had alot of diahrea but since

then its been pretty good. Within those 3 weeks I lost 35 lbs but regained

it all once the diarhea stopped!

I hate the Ozium spray. It smells like a heavy vanilla type perfume that

sits on top of the BM smells and just makes it worse. But thats me. I much

prefer the orange citrus. It works wonderfully. (the Ozium is also much

more expensive!) I find that matches work very well too!

That's the kind I'm looking for (the portable one) - in fact, I looked at my

Walmart and didn't find it. Is it in the kitchen area or some other obscure

department?

3. Suggestions on where to get one of those stick-type drink mixers?? Are

these good with protein powders? Having been on low-carb diets for a long

time, I know what a PITA it can be to try and mix protein powders.

Kathie

HI,

I got a stick type mixer at Walmart. This is the hand held one. I'm not

sure it you meant this or the ones like the type at carvel or soda shops.

But it does a good job and is portable.
