Someone suggested a while ago that Dr. Hess has a great letter for trying to

the DS over the RNY. They did not post it because they didn't feel it was

right without Dr. Hess's permission, but it wouldn't hurt to try to call his

office to get his version of why it is better to help you with your insurance

appeal. Also I think someone else has something in the files that cites

research to support the position. This may also be helpful.
