Guest guest
I had the same thing happen to me when I first began weight training. My trainer explained that when you first begin you start to put on muscle but have not yet begun to lose the fat. There is a short period of time when you put on before you take off. Made sense to me and so I just stuck with it and sure 'nuf after a few weeks the fat began to drop off and the muscle stayed. Just hang in there and don't give up.
