Actually www.gfcfdiet.com have a good list, but a lot of things that

are posted here I've never seen there. We come up with lots of

different products compare to what it is posted there-I think-

Personally I found it a good idea, it would also save us time as far

as going in and out of different boards to check out one thing or

another-here and there-....? :o) (sorry for the wording, couldn't

come up with anything better. LOL)

If this is a problem to do on Yahoo, I'd be happy to offer the type of

facility you suggest on http://newdiets.com. I mean I think this is an

excellent idea, and I was just getting ready to create a form handling

facility for the site (actually for the software I've developed that the

site's written in, but anyway...).

If Yahoo can handle this for us that's probably the best option, since all

of us are part of that list. Otherwise I can set it up no problem, and

email a daily summary of postings if there are any to the mailing list.

Some groups have a " files " section on the left. This group has a

" database " section. These sections can be updated by anyone [i

think], if you go to this group's database section, you will see a few

recipes. The listowner/moderator can establish an " acceptable foods "

section with places for people to include their updates, if that

would be an acceptable solution.
