While I agree with you, Jen, in theory anyway, insurance companies are not

always known for their logic! Most have rules they are forced to go with

whether they make sense or not. I used your arguement with Regence too and

they didnt care......bottom line was " We do not pay for this nor will

we " .......but.....they underestimated us! We fought them and got it to

medicare review board which overturned them!
