Guest guest
I can't speak for everyone, but I plateaued at 11 months post op, and now I am just over 2 1/2 years post op, and am losing again... only due to my rigorous protein emphasis I " m sure. I stopped at the 11 month mark at 198 pounds, and am now 158 2 years later, 35+ pounds of that lost since november of last year. The tool works, when you use it!!! Anyway, just thought you'd like to know. sarah minneapolis
Guest guest
I have to agree -- I plateaued this whole last month -- at just over 260+. I had lost 280+ lbs and it was my real first plateau. I thought I was done. Then I focused on eating healthier - more protien - more water -- and low and behold I have lost and keep losing again . . I am down to 256 - -and now have lost 296lbs! Very happy doesn't say enough. More than that -- working the tool is definately the answer! jesse In a message dated 5/2/03 3:39:03 PM Pacific Daylight Time, sarahs3826@... writes: > Subj: beachhippo... Guest guest
Good for you, ! It is good to know that we have some control even 2 yrs out from surgery. I am 15 months post op and at goal, however, I am petrified of regaining anything. I stepped on the scale two days ago and saw that I had put on 4 pounds (still a little below my goal). I immediately stopped any " extras " and went back to my protein and water routine. I'll weight myself next week and see if I am back to my previous weight. I am glad to see that this tool still works....if we choose to use it properly.
