Remember that housework, yardwork, shopping, taking care of kids, all that stuff is exercise too so don't be so hard on yourself. My dr said if we're not gaining we're making progress:) Did you have a three month checkup or see a nutrionist periodically? Everyone on the wls board seems to have slightly different instructions for what they can and cannot eat so make sure you refer to your drs instructions now and then too.
