Since you've already asserted that he was " dismissed, " I think you

should post this information to the Files section so that people

considering Dr. Welker can read it for themselves. Some may want to

run away, some may want to go to him anyway, some may want to ask him

about it in person -- but they'll all have better information than

they do now.

I think it's only fair for you to do this, since you are, as far as I

can tell, the only available source for this information.
