I found a great way to keep me regular. Use Benefiber, from the

makers of ex-lax. It's a powder you mix with hot or cold liquids.

They even say mix it with puddings, oatmeal etc. It has no flavor or

grit. It works.

To whoever said they stopped their Iron pill, try it. You, as a

women, NEED that iron pill. I don't want you having problems from

iron deficiency. Iron is an essential component of hemoglobin, the

oxygen carrying part of your blood. If you don't have enough you can

tire easily because your body is starving for oxygen. Or you could

become anemic. Some sypmtoms of anemia might be pale skin color,

fatigue, irritability, dizziness, weakness, shortness of breath, sore

tongue and brittle nails. Stay healthy and take that iron.
