- Some people find that following the Atkins diet plan works well

for them. I asked if you do protein drinks. If you don't, it's not too

late to start. You should find that doing 2-3 of them a day could satisfy

you enough that you stop grazing so much. Other than that, cut out the

carbs and sugar, and that should help, as well as increasing your exercise.

I'm really good at dispensing advice, but I'm in the same boat as you.

Things have moved very slowly since the beginning of the year. Hang in

there.
