Guest guest
First...they are not cake!!! Second...they are merely a way for me to send down mass quantities of peanut butter and SF jelly. In my case, that is not a good thing. Cause that would be snacking and snacking is part of what got me to 500 lbs!! (non-stop eating would be the other thing!) Re: Digest Number 2313 I know they can taste a bit like styrofoam (oh yummie) but what is everyone's opinion about rice cakes? Each brand seems to vary for calories and carbs though -the one I bought made by Quaker goes like this: cal-35 each fat-0 sodium-0 (plain variety) carbs-7 g protein-1 I like little peanut butter or mustard and some meat or sometimes when I just have to, some margarine. Its easier for me to be accountable with these. The chips and crackers get out of control way faster. Guest guest
So, Sue, was that the one meal a day diet or the seefood diet? Sorry, couldn't resist. I really don't think, for me any way, there is a difference. Food is food and I ate it all day and dreamt about it all night. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas SRVG 7/16/01 Dr. Ritter/Dr. Bryce 479/335/??? Guest guest
I think they are OK for occasional snacks. I do find that I have trouble with them....I eat too many and then they kind of expand and I feel lousy. I tend to stay away from them now.
